Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience supervising both salaried and hourly team members.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, and various software platforms.
  • Willingness to relocate for future advancement opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Six years of environmental services or housekeeping leadership experience in a healthcare environment.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and apply insights.
  • Demonstrated success in high-pressure settings with defined performance goals.
  • Effective public speaking and presentation abilities.
  • Experience with collaborative leadership, budget development, and operational planning.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Multilingual abilities, especially Spanish, are a plus.
  • Working knowledge of OSHA, The Joint Commission, and similar regulatory standards.
