Assistant Dining Facility Manager

Key Duties

• Serve as second-in-command to the Project Manager, assuming full operational authority during their absence
• Supervise daily meal service for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for RCTA students, NETC students, and NAS military personnel
• Aid in managing contingency and emergency feeding operations
• Ensure compliance with sanitation, food safety, and hygiene standards

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of experience in cafeteria-style or multi-entrée operations serving over 100 people, with at least one (1) year in a supervisory role
• Three (3) years of experience as a unit manager or assistant manager
• Three (3) years of military food service experience at pay grade E-7 or higher (warrant/commissioned officer experience acceptable as management)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Sanitation and food safety certification within the past four (4) years or ability to obtain before contract start
