About the role
Responsible for managing patient care in a hospital setting. Oversee daily operations, coordinate with medical staff, and ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Direct patient care and treatment plans
- Coordinate with medical staff and other departments
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Oversee inventory management and supply chain logistics
- Facilitate communication between patients, families, and healthcare providers
- Monitor patient health status and adjust care plans accordingly
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare management
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Current certification in Healthcare Management
