Responsibilities
- Aid Designers in organizing and preparing for weekly Product Development meetings and Work Sessions.
- Support seasonal product presentations to the team and senior management.
- Assist Designers with developing specs and concept boards.
- Provide insights that align with team objectives and support effective processes and procedures.
- Recognize key fashion trends and understand competitor activities.
- Maintain and organize development samples both physically and digitally.
- Track department samples and ensure all samples are approved in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Product Lifecycle Management.
- Partner with Williams Sonoma Global Operations country partners, merchants, sourcing, engineering, and color team.
- Communicate department business needs and bring new ideas for specs and concept boards.
- Solve problems to identify and address existing product issues.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with digital and physical product development processes.
- Understanding of fashion trends and competitive analysis.
- Basic knowledge of design software and tools.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic understanding of fashion design principles and trends.

Pay
The expected starting pay range for this position is $27.85-31.33/hr. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
Schedule
This role requires being onsite in the office Monday through Friday.
