We are looking for Assistant Managers with a guest-first mentality and at least 1 year of previous McDonald's management experience. We are an 18-restaurant franchise organization with approximately 800 employees in our restaurants and home office. We are a tight-knit family owned and operated business, operated by long-term leaders who began, in many cases, as first-job employees and climbed the company ladder, stepping up into greater responsibilities with each new position.
