Assistant/Department Manager

About the role

The job involves leading shifts and departments in a fast-paced, energetic environment. The primary responsibility is to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to maintain high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
• Manage assigned departments such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
• Ensure all service staff are trained in service procedures and that the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas are organized for optimal service.
• Oversee the delivery of high-quality food and fast service in the Kitchen Department.
• Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet restaurant sales and profit goals.
• Support new employees and motivate them throughout their tenure.

Requirements

• Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
• A positive attitude and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule and ability to adapt to the demands of a busy restaurant.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Qualifications
