Responsibilities

• Create a nurturing, engaging classroom environment for preschool-aged children
• Implement age-appropriate lesson plans (provided)
• Maintain classroom safety and positive behavior management
• Communicate with children, families, and team members
• Support children’s social, emotional, and individual learning needs
• Participate in ongoing professional development

Pay

$19.00–$22.00 per hour (based on experience, education, and training)

Schedule

• 10:00 am – 5:30 pm
• 9:00 am – 3:00 pm

Qualifications

• Experience in childcare or early education
• EEC Certification or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field

• Guaranteed pay for scheduled hours – hours will not be cut due to ratios
