ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consistently work to provide fast, friendly, helpful and efficient customer service at all times.
• Responsible for smiling, making eye contact, and thanking customer upon fulfilling customer's request.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized workstation, according to 5S standards, at all times.
• Assist the Grocery Manager with the day-to-day operation of the dairy department to include product merchandising, pricing, stocking, signing, planograms, displays, rotation and inventory levels.
• Aid in the ordering of all merchandise and supplies for the dairy department and meet transmission times.
• Store excess product in cooler or designated area.
• Ensure a high level of customer courtesy and service at all times within the total store.
• Front-end services may be required as business needs necessitate.
• Ensure adherence to company and state sanitation and pricing procedures and regulations within grocery operations.
• Unload warehouse merchandise from trucks.
• Aid in the training and development of all new associates in dairy operations.
• Control shrink through adherence to related policies and procedures.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to manage others and demonstrate follow-through to achieve desired results and objectives.

Pay Range: $18.00- $24.00
