About the role

We're Hiring — Assistant Custom Picture Framer For over forty years, our gallery in the heart of Georgetown's Main Street district has helped people frame the work they treasure most. We're looking for a detail-oriented framer to join us on personal, corporate, and exhibition projects — someone with an eye for precision and a real love of craft.

Responsibilities

• Custom picture framing
• Production work — fitting, mats, and mounting
• Train to operate professional equipment (mat cutters, table saws, glass cutters)

Requirements

• Experience is a plus — but an aptitude for art and craft and a desire to learn matter just as much
• High school diploma
• Ability to lift 35 lbs and multitask
• A sharp eye for detail and precise measurements

What We Offer

• Part-time (20 hrs/week), with potential to grow into full-time
• Gallery and framing discounts, plus bonuses
• Monday–Friday schedule, with some Saturdays
• Hourly pay, negotiable

Location and Schedule

146 East Main Street, Georgetown, KY
Hours: 9 AM–5:30 PM (Sat 10 AM–4 PM)
