What You Will Do for Us

• Assist Culinary Manager with kitchen operations
• Ensure consistent preparation and service of food and products
• Train new kitchen employees
• Fill in where needed to maintain guest service standards
• Prepare required paperwork
• Ensure equipment and products are clean and in good working order
• Order and receive products according to specifications
• Control food cost and usage
• Schedule labor to meet business needs and cost objectives
• Administer corrective action for policy violations
• Train kitchen personnel in safe operation of equipment and sanitation practices
• Maintain cleaning schedules and food temperature controls

Qualifications

• At least one year of people leadership experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a full-service concept
• Experience working in a scratch kitchen
