Assistant Cross Country Track Coach
Duties/Responsibilities
- Aid in planning all in-season practice sessions.
- Create and implement an off-season training schedule and program.
- Collaborate with the Strength and Conditioning coach on off-season conditioning programs.
- Support the head coach with managing administrative tasks such as home meet management, travel arrangements, and apparel/equipment purchases.
Qualifications
- Experience coaching cross country and track & field at the collegiate level.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using technology for administrative tasks.
- Ability to recruit athletes and maintain team morale.

About the Role
This position reports to the Head Coach for Men’s and Women’s Cross Country and Track & Field and assists with the overall management and success of the program.
