Assistant Crew Coach

Job Summary

Support the continued growth and development of experienced rowers while also introducing rowing concepts, equipment and technique to novice rowers. Actively recruit student-athletes and attend college-wide events to represent the Crew programs.

Key Outcomes

• 80% of Time: Lead, structure and help manage the Crew program to facilitate student athlete development and success.
• Improve student athletes ability to learn to row.
• Spend time planning out individualized training and practice schedules.
• Help with practice planning and calendar coordination.
• Ensure the goals developed within the team follow the values embodied by the department and College.

Qualifications And Skills

• At least one year of relevant experience.
• Ability to teach rowing skills necessary to be successful.

Pay

In compliance with Massachusetts pay transparency law, the pay range for this position is $4,000–$5,000 per season.
