Assistant Corporate Controller

Key Responsibilities

• Oversight of multi-entity close, reporting, and reconciliations
• Leadership in process improvements and system enhancements (Yardi environment)
• Supervision and development of accounting staff
• Collaboration with leadership on financial operations and reporting

Qualifications

• Strong Yardi experience (hands-on or admin level required)
• Multi-entity accounting experience (50+ entities preferred)
• CPA strongly preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Real estate or property accounting experience is a plus
