About the role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales and customer satisfaction in our retail stores.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
• Present products effectively to customers, providing knowledgeable and enthusiastic service.
• Manage inventory levels and assist in restocking shelves.
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Experience in customer service is a plus.

Pay

Starting salary range: $18 - $22 per hour.

Schedule

Shifts are typically 8 hours long, Monday through Saturday, with some flexibility based on store needs.
