Assistant Controller

About the role

We're seeking an experienced Assistant Controller to help lead our accounting operations and support accurate financial reporting in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly close process and prepare financial reports.
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Support the annual audit and maintain strong internal controls.
• Affiliate with budgeting, forecasting, and process improvements.
• Partner with leaders across the organization to provide financial guidance.
• Mentor and support members of the accounting team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting and corporate accounting.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and month-end close.
• Leadership experience and excellent analytical and communication skills.
