Assistant Controller

About the role

The Assistant Controller role at Kohl Wholesale will assist the Director of Accounting with daily, monthly, and quarterly duties. Key responsibilities include analyzing customer credit applications, making credit decisions, supervising the accounting department staff, and assisting with various tasks.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Associates or bachelor’s degree in accounting
• 1-3 years of accounting experience preferred
• Experience in bookkeeping and computers
• Proficient in spreadsheets in Excel
• QuickBooks experience preferred

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Strong organizational and analytical skills

Pay

$25.50 - $32.50 per hour

Schedule

8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday - Friday
