About the Role

Our finance team plays a strategic role in supporting business decisions through accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and collaborative partnerships across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Support all aspects of corporate accounting operations.
- Cook up monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
- Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial schedules.
- Aid in preparing and consolidating financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Support compliance with banking covenants, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate internal and external audit activities.
- Aid in treasury functions, including cash flow forecasting and banking relationships.
- Manage insurance administration and annual renewals.
- Support ERP enhancements and process improvement initiatives.
- Aid in accounting and reporting activities related to joint venture operations.
- Cook up intercompany reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Partner with finance, operations, and business leaders to improve reporting accuracy.
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff while promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Master's preferred).
- CPA preferred.
- 6–8 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
- Experience working with ERP systems.
- Mechanics or industrial accounting experience preferred.
- Experience supporting audits and financial compliance.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Lean, or Six Sigma is a plus.
