Position Summary

We're looking for an experienced accounting and finance professional to join our team as an Assistant Controller – Treasury & Tax. In this role, you'll work closely with senior leadership and play a key part in managing the company's tax compliance, treasury operations, cash flow planning, and financial reporting activities across a global organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support all aspects of U.S. federal, state, local, and international tax compliance, ensuring accurate and timely filings.
  • Aid in the annual tax provision process, ASC 740 reporting, and tax-related financial statement requirements.
  • Partner with external tax advisors and auditors to support tax planning, compliance, and audit activities.
  • Cook up expatriate tax programs, including tax equalization calculations and working with outside providers on employee tax filings.
  • Prepare and maintain cash flow forecasts to help leadership make informed financial decisions.
  • Monitor daily cash activity and support the management of banking relationships and treasury operations.
  • Aid in debt administration, lender reporting, and compliance with financial covenants.
  • Prepare treasury and tax reporting packages for leadership, lenders, and corporate stakeholders.
  • Participate in internal and external audits and help ensure strong financial controls and compliance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and strengthen tax and treasury operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in corporate accounting, tax, treasury, public accounting, or a combination of these areas.
  • Understanding of corporate tax compliance, tax provisions, and financial reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and solve complex problems.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with financial systems and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
