Responsibilities

  • Process contract transactions including reviewing subcontract and consultant vouchers for payment.
  • Organize and maintain documents related to contracts and payments.
  • Serve as a liaison to vendors and program staff.
  • Work closely with HRI’s Office of Sponsored Programs, the Office of Corporate Compliance, the Corporate Controller, and New York State Department of Health programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; OR an Associate’s degree in a related field and two years of relevant experience; OR four years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office 365.
  • Experience with reviewing vouchers, budget modifications, and/or contracts.
  • Experience working within a not-for-profit corporation and/or with grant funding.
  • Customer service experience.

  • Bachelor's or Associate’s degree in Business or a related field.

Pay

Compensation Grade M14
Minimum: $57,561.00 - Maximum: $57,561.00 Annually

Schedule

This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, with a combination of onsite and remote work.

About the Role

Health Research, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Contract Administrator to join the tight-knit Office of Contracts & Operations team, within the Corporate Office, in Menands, NY.

The selected candidate must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the official work location specified in the job posting and must also be located in or willing to relocate to one of the following states: New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Vermont, or Massachusetts, prior to hire.
