We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have "Who We Are" (company description) maybe not needed? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have content: Who We Are (company overview) could be "About the role"? Actually "Who We Are" is company description, not role. Could be "About the company" but not in list. Probably we should include "About the role" as summary? The posting includes "Position Summary". That could be under "About the role". We'll treat that as About the role. Responsibilities: "What You'll Do" list. Requirements: "Education/Experience WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED (REQUIREMENTS)" plus other skills. Qualifications maybe same as Requirements? Could combine. Skills: "Other Skills/Requirements" etc. Benefits: Not mentioned except "generous discretionary bonus". That's a benefit. Also maybe not other benefits. We'll include Benefits section with that. Pay: Salary range given. So include Pay. Schedule: Not mentioned. So omit. We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Remove that. We must preserve all substantive info. Need to include details like tasks. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include Job ID etc. We'll output something like:

    About the role

    Position Summary ...

    Responsibilities

    • ...
    • ...

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Engineering, Finance, or Construction Management and 3-4 years of commercial tenant coordination, capital improvements and construction management experience.
    • ...
Maybe separate Qualifications? But we can combine. Skills: list of other skills. Benefits: list includes generous discretionary bonus. Pay:

The salary range for this position is $110,000 to $117,500 annually. In addition to base salary, a generous discretionary bonus will be offered.

We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to ensure we don't include duplicated lines. Let's extract responsibilities list from "What You'll Do". It's a long paragraph with many sentences. We need to break into list items each duty. Could split by sentences. We'll produce list items for each distinct duty. We need to avoid boilerplate like EEO etc. Already removed. Now About the role: we need to include Position Summary and Who We Are? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have About the role containing Position Summary and maybe Who We Are? But Who We Are is company description, not role. Might be okay to include as part of About the role. We'll include both paragraphs. Thus:

    About the role
