Assistant Community Manager - Evergreen Pine Island

About the Role

You will be the front liner for resident experience and support, responsible for receiving all resident issues, payments, lease inquiries, and more. Using high-level communication and strategic consultative selling skills, your dynamic, supportive, and considerate personality—combined with community knowledge—will provide a positive and genuine experience for residents. You will also oversee the leasing team and provide assistance when needed.

Qualifications

• Multifamily experience required
• OneSite experience/knowledge preferred
• Customer-focused attitude and great interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of technology products including OneSite
• Problem-solving skills
• Self-driven with a desire to succeed
• Working knowledge of Social Media
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office product suite: Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Understanding of marketing concepts
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Timely, organized, and efficient
• Adaptable, creative, and open-minded
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Sales savvy and eager to help people find the right home
