Responsibilities
- Support the Community Manager in meeting/exceeding budget goals by achieving occupancy and rental rate targets, controlling expenses, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Aid in the preparation and processing of leasing forms, maintenance orders, rent collection, and company reporting.
- Assist with the management and development of the residential staff for personal and professional growth, ensuring high employee job satisfaction.
- Manage and develop the leasing and resident retention programs of the property.
- Ensure the property is kept in a neat, clean, and well-maintained condition through daily exterior and interior inspections.
- Maintain the property to meet company standards for resident satisfaction, handle resident complaints, and ensure a responsible person is available for building emergencies.
- Supervise, motivate, and direct the staff, promoting teamwork to achieve a common goal.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: One plus years of residential management or customer service experience, or a combination of education and experience.
- Physical & Cognitive: Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 pounds.
- To be hired, candidates will be required to successfully complete a background investigation and a drug screen.
