The Role

This position offers an hourly wage of $23.50 with the potential for thousands in bonus potential, along with comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401(k) matching, vacation, personal time off, and annual award and recognition events.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the daily operations of the community, ensuring the financial performance meets the objectives of ownership.
  • Work closely with the Community Manager and maintenance team to maintain a high-quality living environment for residents.
  • Manage resident relations, addressing complaints and concerns, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Oversee maintenance operations, ensuring timely and effective repairs and upkeep of the community assets.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and monthly reports to ensure accurate financial management.
  • Ensure compliance with landlord-tenant laws and fair employment and housing regulations.
  • Use computer skills, particularly proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, to manage tasks effectively.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an Assistant Community Manager or Leasing Manager.
  • Understanding of landlord-tenant law and fair employment and housing laws.
  • Experience with Yardi Voyager software is a plus.
  • A High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
