• Previous background as an Assistant Community Manager or Leasing Manager
• Experience with financial statements, budget preparation, and monthly reporting
• Understanding of maintenance operations, landlord tenant law, and fair employment and housing laws
• Computer skills, particularly proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Yardi Voyager experience (optional)
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent

What We’d Love for You to Bring to the Table
