- Previous background as an Assistant Community Manager or Leasing Manager
- Experience with financial statements, budget preparation, and monthly reporting
- Understanding of maintenance operations, landlord tenant law, and fair employment and housing laws
- Computer skills, particularly proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Yardi Voyager experience (optional)
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent

What We’d Love for You to Bring to the Table
- A previous background as an Assistant Community Manager or Leasing Manager
