The Role
This position offers a competitive salary range of $28.00 to $30.00 per hour, based on experience, with the potential for significant bonus potential.
Responsibilities
- Support the Community Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the community.
- Engage with residents to address their needs and concerns.
- Oversee maintenance operations to ensure the upkeep of the community's assets.
- Ensure compliance with landlord-tenant laws and fair employment and housing laws.
- Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and monthly reports.
- Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and external vendors.
- Manage resident relations and handle lease renewals and new resident onboarding.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Assistant Community Manager or Leasing Manager.
- Understanding of multifamily property management principles and practices.
- Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws, fair employment and housing laws, and basic maintenance operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with Yardi Voyager software is a plus.
- A High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
