About the role

Responsible for managing day-to-day operations within multifamily communities, ensuring resident satisfaction and property maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage resident relations and complaints
  • Oversee daily property maintenance tasks
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers
  • Ensure compliance with community policies and regulations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Experience with property management software
