About the role
The Assistant Community Manager supports the Community Manager with day-to-day operations at Bigelow Commons, a 471-unit apartment complex in Enfield, CT. Key responsibilities include monitoring and enforcing compliance with company policies, assisting with leasing and maintenance staff, overseeing rent collection, and collaborating on profitability and budget management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- At least two years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role
- Hospitality or property management experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Strong communication skills and collaborative abilities
- Occasional weekend shifts and travel may be required
- May require operation of a golf cart
- Physical requirements: standing, walking, sitting, climbing, bending, squatting, lifting up to 50 pounds, working in various weather conditions
