Responsibilities
- Assist Community Managers in all aspects of the job
- Greet, welcome and direct clients that come into the office
- Provide administrative support
- Aid in the management of HOA communities
- Assist with communication to community boards of directors
- Schedule and prepare for regular board meetings
- Maintain communication with homeowners
- Respond to homeowner needs
- Aid in the analysis of monthly financial reports
- Create variance reports for the boards of directors
- Contribute to monthly management reports
- Contact vendors for community maintenance and special projects
- Attend regular meetings with the management firm
- Other items as needed
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multi-task
- Detail-oriented
- Some general accounting/financial knowledge

Pay and Schedule
Pay range is $20.00 - $21.00 hourly.

CAMS is on the search for a full-time Assistant Community Association Manager to aid in the daily operations of the Greenville, SC office. The position will be heavily involved in assisting with the management of HOA communities.
