About the role
Brookside Properties is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support operations at a 300-unit apartment community in Louisville, KY.
Responsibilities
- Support daily operations of a 300-unit apartment community
- Aid in leasing, renewals, and resident relations
- Achieve occupancy, renewal, and revenue goals
- Support collections and ensure financial accuracy
- Afford training and onboarding new team members
- Execute marketing and leasing strategies
- Deliver consistent, high-quality resident service
Requirements
- 2+ years of multifamily property management experience required
- Leadership or mentoring experience strongly preferred
- Entrata or similar property management software experience a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Energetic, detail-oriented, and resident-focused mindset
- Bilingual skills a plus (not required)
