Assistant Color Designer

Responsibilities

• Support seasonal color, concept, and CAD development from research through presentation.
• Affiliate with color research, trend analysis, palette development, and creative reference materials.
• Create and update design files, color palettes, and digital boards using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Maintain color libraries, seasonal strike-offs, naming conventions, codes, and related documentation.
• Cook up and send materials and packages to internal teams and external partners.
• Provide administrative and organizational support throughout the color and concept development process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fashion, Art, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience or a strong internship/portfolio background.
• Strong understanding of color theory, design research, and visual trend analysis.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Hightly detail-oriented with strong multitasking, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a cross-functional team.
