Overview

DeSales University, a Catholic, private, coeducational, four-year liberal arts university, is located in Center Valley, Pennsylvania. Founded by the Oblates of Saint Francis de Sales in 1964, the 550-acre campus is near Philadelphia and New York City. With a total enrollment of nearly 3,000, including undergraduate, evening, and graduate students, DeSales has 130 full-time faculty members offering 50 bachelor's degrees, 14 graduate programs, and various certificates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Acceptance to, and continued enrollment in, a DeSales University graduate program required
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record required
• Prior successful playing or coaching experience at the collegiate level preferred; successful high school or club coaching experience considered
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Commitment to developing positive relationships with student-athletes, coaches, administration, and DeSales community
• Proficiency with both Windows and Mac Operating Systems
• Proficiency with Photoshop is a valuable asset
• Sensitive to issues of ethnicity, disability, and diversity
• Dedicated to the mission of a small, Catholic, liberal arts institution
