Primary Purpose
Affords assistance in all facets of game management and coaching of the team. Supports the head coach throughout the recruitment process from inception to completion, including the creation of recruiting plans, identification of potential student-athletes, and making recommendations.

Essential Job Functions
- Assists the head coach in organizing and overall well-being of the athletic program.
- Represents the university and the department in community events.
- Abides fully with the NCAA's constitution, operating bylaws, and administrative bylaws for compliance.
- Completes special projects as assigned.
- Performs other duties as assigned or required by Athletics Administration, Head Coach or Athletic Director.

Required Education
Bachelor's Degree
Required Experience
Minimum of one (1) year playing and/or coaching experience at the high school or collegiate level.
Physical Requirements
- Near Vision - Must be able to see details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).
- Speech Recognition - Must be able to identify and understand the speech of another person.
- Speech Clarity - Must be able to speak clearly so others can understand you.
- Travel - Must be able to travel on a daily and/or overnight basis. May be required to work nights or weekends.
- May be exposed to short, intermittent, and/or prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing in performance of job duties.
- May be required to accomplish job duties using various types of equipment/supplies, to include but not limited to pens, pencils, and computer keyboards.
