Assistant Coach/Intern – Women’s Lacrosse

About the role

The Assistant Coach/Intern will assist in the development and implementation of the women’s lacrosse program, including game planning, player development, and team management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in game planning and strategy sessions
• Work closely with the head coach to develop training programs
• Manage team logistics and travel arrangements
• Attend games and practices to provide support and feedback
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff to enhance team performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in sports science, physical education, or related field
• Experience coaching at the high school or collegiate level
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Passion for women’s lacrosse
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations
