Assistant Coach - Boys Basketball - HS
An athletic coach with Douglas County School District will be charged with the organization and implementation of a successful program. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to develop a competitive program that is committed to the creation of student athletes who demonstrate a commitment to academics, strong fundamental skills, and sportsmanship. The successful candidate will be expected to collaborate with administrators, teachers, coaches, sponsors, students, parents, and members of the community to ensure that the school stands out with pride for our community.
Responsibilities
- Organize and implement a successful boys basketball program at the high school level
- Develop a competitive program focused on academics, fundamental skills, and sportsmanship
- Collaborate with administrators, teachers, coaches, sponsors, students, parents, and community members
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent (required)
- Previous coaching experience preferred

Position Details
This is a seasonal, one-year position at Castle View High School.
Stipend range: $0.01 – $5,000 USD (full salary range up to $10,000 USD for exceptional circumstances). Part-time stipends will be prorated based on assigned FTE.
