About the role
An athletic coach with Douglas County School District will be charged with the organization and implementation of a successful baseball program. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to develop a competitive program that is committed to the creation of student athletes who demonstrate a commitment to academics, strong fundamental skills, and sportsmanship. The successful candidate will collaborate with administrators, teachers, coaches, sponsors, students, parents, and members of the community to ensure that the school stands out with pride.
Responsibilities
- Organize and implement a successful high-school baseball program
- Develop student athletes who excel in academics, fundamentals, and sportsmanship
- Collaborate with administrators, teachers, coaches, sponsors, students, parents, and community members
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent (required)
- Previous coaching experience preferred
- Coaching résumé must be included with application
Pay
Stipend range: $0.01 – $5,000 USD (full stipend range up to $10,000 USD).

Schedule
- Seasonal position (not year-round)
