About the Role
Join 360 Behavioral Health as an Assistant Clinical Supervisor I and step into a mid-level leadership position where you’ll supervise, mentor, and guide clinical staff while continuing to make an impact with clients. Responsibilities
- Carry a small caseload while supporting and supervising Behavior Technicians.
- Provide mentorship, training, and feedback to clinical staff.
- Monitor client progress and assist in treatment plan development.
- Deliver parent training to increase family engagement.
- Collaborate with BCBAs and other professionals to ensure high-quality care.
- Contribute to team growth through leadership and program support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
- 1+ year of ABA experience, including direct client care.
- Passion for leadership, growth, and clinical excellence.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Supervisory experience is a plus, but not required—training and support provided.
