Assistant Clinical Supervisor - BCaBA

About the role

The Assistant Clinical Supervisor - BCaBA is responsible for providing clinical supervision to BCaBA trainees in a therapeutic setting. This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to supporting the growth and development of trainees.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to BCaBA trainees, ensuring they meet the standards of the BCBA Board Certified level.
• Conduct regular progress reviews and provide feedback to trainees based on their performance and goals.
• Collaborate with other supervisors and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive training environment.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities to stay current with the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a closely related field.
• A BCaBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• At least 2 years of experience working as a BCBA or a closely related role.
• Experience in providing clinical supervision to trainees.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
