Assistant Clinical Manager
About the role
The Bradley Center offers a continuum of services including a residential center, an outpatient clinic, and a school. We help individuals and families overcome trauma and rediscover hope. As an Assistant Clinical Manager, you will oversee treatment delivery and milieu management of a 24-bed residential mental health unit.
Responsibilities
- Supervise milieu staff to ensure quality services are provided and best practice standards are met.
- Provide feedback and have critical conversations.
- Critique and evaluate therapeutic milieu.
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and policies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
Requirements
- Masters degree in social work, psychology, child development or a related field.
- Minimum of three (3) years experience working directly with children and adolescents in a psychiatric or residential setting.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.

- Ability to provide feedback and have critical conversations.

Skills
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Experience with crisis intervention and trauma-informed care.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices in mental health treatment.
