Assistant Clinical Director

About the Role

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual to provide leadership and guidance in our mental health therapy office. As the Assistant Clinical Director, you will work closely with the Chief Clinical Director to oversee clinical operations, ensure the highest standards of care, and promote the overall growth and success of our practice. You will supervise and support a team of therapists, review clinical notes and documents, and ensure compliance with Medicaid regulations.

Requirements

• Master's or doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
• Valid Clinical Social Worker License, Marriage and Family Therapy License, or Clinical Professional Counselor License in Nevada (required).
• Proven experience in a leadership role in a mental health therapy office or similar clinical setting (preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and a strong understanding of mental health diagnosis and treatment (required).
• Familiarity with Medicaid regulations and documentation requirements for mental health services (preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of clinicians.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
