Assistant Clinical Director

About the role

The Assistant Clinical Director position is located in Rutland, MA, Monday-Friday with an on-call rotation. The salary range is $75,000 - $87,580, depending on education and experience. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to clinicians and case managers.
• Direct the delivery of clinical services in accordance with established standards and practice guidelines.
• Serve as a consultant to the Clinical and Center Leadership teams.
• Ensure clinically appropriate aftercare plans in collaboration with treatment team, client, family, agency representatives, and community resources.
• Carefully coordinate equitable distribution of case assignments and handle crisis intervention.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Valid driver's license required.
• A Master’s Degree from an accredited institution of higher learning in Psychology, Social Work, Education or related field required, ideally with a specialization in counseling, behavior analysis, or direct treatment services.
• Licensed Mental Health Professional, such as LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or Psychologist required.
• Previous human services experience providing clinical services, including DBT services required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to attend a 2-week paid orientation, Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4PM, in Rutland, MA.
