Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Affords assistance in directing, supervising, and coordinating activities of clinic location.
- Affords assistance in the selection, employment, professional development, and management of clinic employees.
- Affords assistance, review, and interpretation of operational problems/policies.
- Resolves problems and recommends changes.
- Works with Clinic Manager to resolve problems related to utilization of facilities, equipment, supplies, and staff.
- Evaluates patient and gathers appropriate information to determine accurate clinical diagnoses and treatment plan.
- Devises detailed treatment and care plans for patients.
- Provides exceptional patient care and service.
- Maintains friendly, cordial relations with all clients and employees; maintains a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that results in positive and respectful working relationships.
- Works with Clinic Manager to develop and implement short/long term work plans and objectives for facility.
- Meets or exceeds clinic goals related to operational performance metrics.
- Cultivates relationships with patients and the community.
- Provides continuous communication with referring physicians and other referral sources to ensure a consistent level of care.
- Works with Clinic Manager to ensure that the facility complies with the communication to MD teams.
- Maintains patient charts, clinical logs, and checklists necessary for compliance.
- Marks the facility and services to increase patient volumes and community awareness.
- Stays abreast of and complies with all state and federal laws including HIPPA, ADA, OSHA, and FLSA.
- Performs duties of co-workers and subordinates as workload dictates.
- Performs additional duties as required.
- Bachelor's, Master or Doctorate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
- Outpatient Orthopedic Management experience preferred.

Pay
Pay Range: $80,000 - $100,000 annualized.
Compensation at MOR is determined by many factors, which may include but are not limited to, job-related skills and level of experience, education, certifications, geographic location, market data and internal equity. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
