Assistant Clinic Director

About the role

As an Assistant Clinic Director at Ellie Mental Health, you'll share our vision for improving and expanding access to quality mental health care and thrive in an environment driven by our core values of authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination. You will support the Clinic Director in overseeing clinic performance and operations, assist with staffing needs, provide resource support, and perform administrative oversight. Ellie was founded on the principle of destigmatizing mental health; we aim to fill gaps in the industry and find innovative ways to break down barriers for the communities we serve.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the weekly Clinic Director meeting
• Participate in the weekly Clinic Manager meeting
• Provide 1:1 consultation with all therapy staff to review productivity, caseload, and clinical documentation
