About the role

Eurofins Built Environment Testing is seeking an Assistant Client Relations Executive Customer Representative to oversee all samples that come into the laboratory and facilitate day-to-day communication between clients and the laboratory. The role involves sample receiving, client interactions, and administrative duties in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound client communications via phone and/or email in a timely, solutions-oriented manner.
• Sign in, verify, and organize samples against Chain of Custody documentation to ensure accuracy and proper sample tracking.
• Assist walk-in clients with sample submission and provide information on services and project preparation.
• Update client and project data records in the Tracker LIMS system.
• Collaborate with laboratory/operations personnel to resolve client inquiries.
• Process credit card transactions using Stripe.
• Provide clients with supplies.
• Stock front office supplies and snacks for clients and staff.
• Assist with administrative and laboratory tasks as necessary.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Customer Service experience (2+ years preferred)
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
• Professional working proficiency in English (ability to read, write, and speak)

Pay

The compensation range for this position is $20.00 – $22.00 per hour depending on level of experience.

Schedule

Full-time, Tuesday – Saturday, 10:30 am – 7:00 pm with possible overtime and weekends as needed.
