Program Focus
Enhance leadership and business management abilities through hands-on assignments, job rotations, instructor-led courses, and distance learning.
Collaborate with peers through team projects and build a network with leaders across the organization.
Gain valuable experience in diverse healthcare settings with varying sizes, complexities, and service lines, including rotations at our Support Center.
Take on a leadership role within the hospital, managing a group of departments.
Minimum Qualifications
- Five years in a clinical department as director/manager role with direct reports.
- Must be a registered nurse (RN) with a current licensure.
- Master's degree in business, nursing, or related field.
