About the role
The following position is available for the 2026-2027 season: Assistant Cheer Coach.
Responsibilities
- Support the head cheer coach in planning and executing cheerleading routines.
- Work with students to develop their skills and improve their performance.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during practices and competitions.
Requirements
- Experience in cheerleading and coaching.
- Ability to work with youth and maintain positive relationships.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience working with youth sports teams preferred.
Skills
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
