Responsibilities

• Performs direct patient care duties as assigned under the direction of licensed nursing personnel.
• Affords assistance in the performance of procedures for the patient population served in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Maintains patient safety.
• Engages in ongoing educational activities.
• Completes assigned goals.

• Education: Minimum required: None. Preferred/Desired: None.
• Skill: Communicating clearly and effectively using standard English in written, oral, and verbal formats to achieve high productivity and efficiency. Writing legibly and recording information accurately as necessary to perform job duties.
• Licensure: Minimum required: Proof of current certification in state of practice; CNA. Preferred/Desired: BLS within 14 Days of Hire.
• Special Skills: Computer literacy.
