About the Role
Healthy Living is opening a new store in Clifton Park and is seeking an experienced Assistant Center Store Manager of Grocery to join our team. This role supports the daily operations of the Grocery Department, including purchasing, inventory management, merchandising, vendor relationships, and staff development. Working closely with the Center Store Manager and Category Manager, you will provide direction and training to associates while ensuring a well-stocked, well-merchandised department and an exceptional guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Support daily operations of the Center Store Grocery department
- Manage purchasing, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Lead, train, schedule, and support department team members
- Maintain merchandising, food safety, pricing, and department standards
- Monitor sales, shrink, and inventory performance
- Deliver exceptional guest service and collaborate across departments
Requirements
- 2+ years of grocery or natural foods retail experience
- Leadership or supervisory experience
- Knowledge of inventory management, ordering systems, and vendor relations
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays

Pay
$20.00–$21.72/hour (previous experience taken into consideration)
Schedule
Full-time, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
