About the role

Responsible for leading training programs aimed at enhancing workforce skills in government agencies and private businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training curricula tailored to various skill levels and industries.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training programs meet organizational needs and goals.
  • Provide ongoing support and resources to participants post-training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or governmental setting.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver effective training sessions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and best practices.
  • Experience with curriculum development and instructional design.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
