About the role
Responsible for leading training programs aimed at enhancing workforce skills in government agencies and private businesses.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive training curricula tailored to various skill levels and industries.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training programs meet organizational needs and goals.
- Provide ongoing support and resources to participants post-training.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or governmental setting.
- Proven ability to design and deliver effective training sessions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and best practices.
- Experience with curriculum development and instructional design.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
