About the role
The role is responsible for providing advice on health, safety, and environmental matters within the organization. The successful candidate will work closely with management to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and implement best practices.
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance on health and safety policies and procedures
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international health and safety standards
- Develop and maintain health and safety training programs
- Manage incident reporting and investigation processes
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall workplace safety
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science)
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and industry standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Qualifications
- Passion for promoting a safe and healthy working environment
- Experience in managing health and safety audits
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
Salary range: £40,000.00 - £45,000.00 per annum
