Assistant-Case Management

Responsibilities

• Communicates with Case Managers and Social Workers to optimize the utilization/case management processes.
• Prioritizes daily activities to facilitate the utilization/case management processes.
• Participates in discharge planning activities in collaboration with Case Managers/Social Workers.
• Completes assigned goals.

Specifications

• Experience: Minimum Required - Two (2) to five (5) years experience in utilization management; medical office or other hospital department.
• Skill: Communicating clearly and effectively using standard English language (verbal and written) to achieve high productivity, efficiency, and accuracy to complete job requirements.

Training

• Preferred/Desired - Special Skills: Ability to be organized and prioritize workload. Efficiencies in Microsoft Office Software. Ability to work well with teams.
